“To every voice that matters in this world, I’m a young person from Gaza. I’m not asking for pity, but for human conscience. Our children are dying under the rubble — without medicine, water, or safety. We have no global voice, but you do. Speak for Gaza’s children. For their innocence. Your voice could save lives. Don’t stay silent.”
My name is Hadeel. I am a wife, a mother, and now, an expectant mother again. My little boy was born during the war on January 7, 2024. He is only 1.5 years old, and like every child, he needs milk, vitamins, and proper nutrition to grow strong and healthy. But here in Gaza, those simple needs have become impossible luxuries.
I am now seven months pregnant, and my heart aches daily knowing I cannot provide enough for the child in my arms — nor for the one still in my womb.
Before the war, my husband worked in a small paint shop, and I worked as a freelancer. We lived humbly but peacefully in North Gaza. But when the bombs fell, everything was taken from us. Our home was completely destroyed in an airstrike. My husband and I both lost our jobs. We are now displaced, living in a tent, trying to survive each day with nothing.
My son still needs milk every day, but we cannot afford even that. We have no income, no safety, no stability.
If you are reading this, I ask you — please don’t look away.Your donation, no matter the size, will help us buy:
Milk and baby food for my son
Vitamins and proper nutrition for both children
Basic necessities to survive pregnancy in a tent
Every contribution gives us hope. Every share of this story raises a voice for Gaza’s children — children who deserve life, safety, and a future.
Please help us. Your kindness can keep my son alive, my unborn child healthy, and my family holding on through this nightmare.
