Aidez Fares à évacuer Gaza pour survivre et étudier en France

(FR / EN / عر) Fares Almassri est palestinien et vient de Beit Hanoun, au Nord de Gaza. Il a 19 ans et n’a pas pu finir le lycée à cause du génocide. Avant le début de la guerre, il rentrait en terminale. Il n’a donc pas pu obtenir son Tawjihi (équivalent du baccalauréat) mais s’est inscrit début août pour essayer de le passer en ligne bientôt, dans des conditions de survie pourtant extrêmes. Durant la guerre, il a suivi des cours en ligne.
Je suis proche de sa famille, et à sa demande, j’essaie activement de lui trouver une admission dans une université française qui lui enseignera la langue française. Cela lui permettra de demander un visa auprès du consulat de France de Jérusalem et d’espérer être évacué de Gaza vers la France. Il souhaite venir étudier en France, en commerce ou ingénierie.
Fin Juillet dernier, la famille de Fares a éprouvé la perte de leur père, Hamed. L’un de ses frères, Mohammed, était déjà décédé au début de la guerre. Ils n’ont pas pu faire leur deuil, mais je les vois se battre quotidiennement pour survivre et garder espoir de retrouver la paix un jour. Fares a également perdu des camarades de classe et amis d’enfance chers à son coeur.
Pour la demande de visa, nous devons prouver que Fares aura suffisamment de ressources pour son année universitaire : 8500€ au total, soit environ 700 euros par mois. Les universités ne peuvent pas fournir une bourse. C’est pourquoi j’ouvre cette cagnotte, afin de récolter ces ressources pour soutenir le dossier de Fares pour sa demande de visa, sans quoi il ne peut pas espérer en obtenir un.
Je suis proche de lui et de sa famille, et je peux attester ici que je soutiendrai Fares dès son arrivée en France afin qu’il puisse apprendre le français et poursuivre ses études dans les meilleures conditions. Votre don serait un réel soutien, pourrait sauver une vie, et permettrait de redonner espoir à toute une famille. Pour le moment, nous essayons de faire évacuer Fares car la voie étudiante jusque là et depuis la fermeture de la frontière de Rafah avec l’Egypte est une des seules qui le permet encore.
S’il s’avérait que la demande de visa soit refusée pour quelconque raison (comme vous le savez sûrement, toute évacuation de Gaza vers la France est gelée pour le moment, mais nous espérons que cela change bientôt), l’argent récoltée servira à répondre aux besoins de Fares, et sa famille nombreuse sur place, une de ses soeurs ayant quatre enfants en bas-âge, dont un né pendant la guerre.

However, at the beginning of August, he enrolled to try to take it online soon, despite surviving in extremely harsh conditions. During the war, he studied online.
I am close to his family, and at his request, I am actively trying to find him an admission to a French university that will teach him the French language. This would allow him to apply for a visa at the french consulate of Jerusalem in hope to be evacuated from Gaza to France. He wishes to study business or engineering in France.
At the end of July, Fares’ family suffered the loss of their father, Hamed. One of his brothers, Mohammed, had already been killed at the beginning of the war. They have not been able to grieve, but I see them fighting every day to survive and keep hope alive for a future in peace. Fares has also lost classmates and childhood friends dear to his heart.
For the visa application file, we must prove that Fares will have sufficient financial resources for his university year : 8500€ in total, or around 700€ per month. Universities cannot provide a scholarship. This is why I am opening this fundraiser, to gather the necessary resources to support Fares’ visa application, without which he cannot hope to obtain one.
I am close to him and his family, and I can personally attest that I will support Fares from the moment he arrives in France, so that he can learn French and pursue his studies in the best possible conditions. Your donation would be a real act of support, could save a life, and would bring hope back to an entire family. At this moment, we are trying to evacuate Fares, as the student route is still one of the very few ways to leave Gaza since the Rafah border with Egypt was closed.
If, for any reason, the visa application were to be refused (as you probably know, all evacuations from Gaza to France are currently frozen, but we hope this will change soon), the funds raised will be used to meet the needs of Fares and his large family on the ground, one of his sisters has four young children, including one born during the war.

لأجل طلب التأشيرة، يجب أن نثبت أن فارس سيكون لديه موارد مالية كافية لتغطية عامه الجامعي: ٨٥٠٠ يورو بواقع ٧٠٠ يورو تقريبا لكل شهر. الجامعات لا تستطيع تقديم منح دراسية، ولهذا أفتح هذه الحملة لجمع هذه الموارد لدعم ملف تأشيرة فارس، إذ بدونها لا يمكنه أن يأمل في الحصول عليها.
