Hello!
My name is Skylar Baker, the owner of this campaign, and I am raising funds for my dear friend Nour.
Nour is a displaced girl from the Shujaiya neighborhood in Gaza. She lost her home in the bombing and many of her relatives in unforgettable, painful moments. She left her house with nothing—no food, no clothes, not even a tent to shelter her and her family.
Now, Nour lives in extremely difficult humanitarian conditions with her family of eight, including two young brothers in urgent need of care and food. The family cannot afford basic necessities due to soaring prices, and each day becomes harder than the last.
We need to extend a helping hand to Nour and her family. Any amount, no matter how small, can make a huge difference in their lives. Your donation could mean a meal, a blanket, or a moment of comfort in the middle of this nightmare.
Despite the suffering, Nour didn’t stand still. After losing her home, she started *an initiative to provide drinking water* in the area where she took refuge, due to the dire shortage of clean water.
Thanks to kind donors, she managed to provide a water truck that served displaced families and locals in need. One truck costs *$500*, a sum hard to raise without support.
Nour now hopes to do it again for those still left without water.
