In our first fundraiser we raised $1437 for Qais. He and his parents fled Syria during the war, and has lived in a Syrian refuge camp since he was 13 years old. He is leaving the Za’atari Refuge Camp in Jordan to study journalism in France for a year he hopes to find a new home away from the refuge camp. We have raised enough for his first month’s expenses and will continue raising funds into the school year. Please consider a donation to help Qais find a new life.
