Hello, As many of Doug’s friends and family already know, Doug has been diagnosed with a rare but treatable form of cancer. He has begun his chemotherapy treatment and will begin his radiation therapy in the coming weeks. Doug graduated from Nashoba Tech last year and was getting ready for the start of his first year of college when his diagnosis was revealed. Doug has a long road ahead of him and will be unable to work while receiving treatments. His parents will also be forced to miss a lot of work while they focus on helping their son through this difficult time, and the medical bills and copays will add up to extraordinary amounts. I’ve know Doug’s parents, Shawn & Elizabeth for over 15 years now and while Doug’s family didn’t ask for this fund, I couldn’t think of a more deserving family to receive some help from family, friends, and the communities that surround them while they maneuver through the challenging times ahead. Any amount you’re able to donate will go directly to Dougie Hall and his medical bills.
