On Thursday night, Sarah went to the ER with an excruciating headache. Scans revealed an aneurysm, and she was immediately life-flighted to Pittsburgh. Doctors attempted a less invasive procedure Friday morning, but when that was unsuccessful, she had to undergo an extensive brain surgery to address two brain bleeds. Conservative estimates are that Sarah will need at least four weeks in the hospital, followed by another four weeks of rest, recovery, and rehabilitation. As a single mom of a seven-year-old boy, she will be unable to work for the foreseeable future. This has placed a tremendous burden on her and her family, who will also be traveling back and forth to support her during this time. We are asking for prayers, positive thoughts, and healing energy for Sarah’s full recovery, strength, and resilience for her, her son and partner.
