Hello, our names are Taylor and Andrew, and we are good friends of Meghan and Christian’s. We are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of the Savoie family to help them along this difficult journey. In June 2024, Christian received a devastating diagnosis: Stage 4 malignant melanoma, an aggressive and advanced form of skin cancer. Since then, life for the Savoie family has changed completely. From a few surgeries in the beginning to numerous appointments and treatments over the last year, Christian has always remained positive. He even recently completed the “Murph challenge” and has made the decision to start a podcast to help others like him who may be battling a fight of their own! Christian is not only a loving husband and father—he’s also a kind-hearted, selfless, hard-working man who has always been there for others. In the beginning parts of his and Meghan’s relationship, Christian served in the U.S. Army, and he also spent some time as a volunteer firefighter back in Montana. Anyone that knows Christian knows he would never think twice about helping someone else in their time of need, and now it is our turn to return the favor! The physical, emotional, and financial toll of this diagnosis is immense. Christian is undergoing extensive treatment and, as a result, is unable to work. Meghan is doing everything she can to support him and care for Ryker, all while continuing to work full-time in this heartbreaking and uncertain time. We are raising funds to help ease the financial burden this family is facing—so they can focus on what really matters: Christian’s health, quality time together, and hope!
