His dream of becoming a nurse and completing his education was shattered when his university and hospital were devastated by the war. After studying nursing for three years, Ibrahim was forced to halt his education when these critical institutions were destroyed.
For a time, Ibrahim and his family lived in a displacement camp in the south, where he volunteered as a camp nurse, providing much-needed medical care to the displaced families around him. Despite the overwhelming challenges, Ibrahim remained determined to help his community by offering first aid and medical support. Now, after returning to his home in the north, Ibrahim faces a new reality: his home is completely destroyed.
His focus has now shifted to raising funds to rebuild both his home and his future. But the immediate needs are critical. Ibrahim’s family urgently requires warm clothing, food, and clean drinking water. They must walk 1 km to access water, making daily survival even more difficult in the harsh winter conditions.
