Hi everyone,

My name is Brianna Connelly, 30 years old, hailing from Minnesota, now living in Texas after spending 10+ years in my second home, North Dakota. I graduated from the University of Mary with degrees in both Business Communication and Nursing. I’ve always had a deep love for caring for others and staying connected to my community—values that continue to guide me today.

Last fall, I came incredibly close to losing my life to suicide after a long and painful struggle with my mental health. It was the darkest chapter I’ve ever faced—and it nearly cost me everything.

Thanks to a moment of grace and the support of loved ones, I made the decision to enter residential treatment. I spent 45 days receiving intensive care, followed by 5 months of structured step-down treatment and ongoing therapy. I continue to do the deep, daily work of healing.

During that time, I wasn’t able to work. My sole focus was survival and recovery. While my family helped in every way they could, the cost of life-saving care added up quickly. Today, I’m facing over 75,000 in medical debt—a burden that feels insurmountable as I try to rebuild my life.

I’m not one to ask for help easily, but I’ve learned that vulnerability is part of healing too. So I’m humbly reaching out to friends, family, and anyone moved by my story to ask for support.
