Dear friends, my name is Sarah and I am running this campaign on behalf of my friend Dr. Huda Abu Khalil and her family. Her situation is very difficult at the moment, and she can use all the help she can get. I am in direct contact with her and will transfer her donations to her bank account regularly. Here is a message from her: My name is Dr. Huda Abu Khalil , a dentist from Gaza, a graduate of the school of dentistry University of Baghdad 1996. Before the war, my family of 9 and I lived a decent and peaceful life, my children were studying in schools and universities. When the war began, our life turned upside down, and now we no longer have a home, there is no work, the schools and universities are destgroyed, but we are trying to stay alive. For the past 3 months we are cut off from food and medicine, even the most basic things, bread, are no longer available, we started grinding pasta and lentils to make bread, we are now started to lose these things as well. We cook all our food over fire and wood. As for electricity, it has been a year and eight months since we last saw it, and we are still suffering. We currently live in a tent with insects and heat, there is no clean water to drink. we are now living in a state of chaos to get food to stay alive, and we cannot get it because of the war.
