My name is mustfa . What matters is that I’m still alive — barely. I live in Gaza. I used to have a home… now I live in a tent. No walls. No safety. Just fabric separating me from the cold, the heat, and the fear.

I lost a piece of my skull in an explosion. I survived — but not fully. Every day I wake up dizzy, weak, in pain. My head throbs. I can’t move fast. I can’t think clearly. I need surgery to survive. To protect my brain. To live like a human being again.

But there’s no hospital that can help me. No border I can cross. No money to pay. I’m trapped in this tent… waiting.

There’s no food here. No clean water. I often sleep hungry. There’s no electricity — not even for a fan to cool my body in this heat. There’s no place to rest. No mattress. No proper toilet. No dignity.

Sometimes I wonder — does anyone out there even know I exist? Will anyone care before it’s too late?

If you’re hearing my voice, please… don’t look away. Help me get the surgery I need. Help me find shelter. Help me feel human again.
