The above-mentioned child, a 7-month-old male, suffers from delayed motor skill development, possibly due to a difficult birth history and birth hypoxia. Kamal was physically evaluated at our clinic on June 17, 2025, and was found to have generalized muscle weakness, weakness on the left side more than the right, poor endurance when standing on the left side, and poor motor control on the right side. He is unable to roll onto his stomach (only rolls sideways), weak spinal muscles, poor trunk control, and is unable to sit. A slight increase in muscle tone on the right side, stiffness in the right hamstring tendon, and stiffness in the right forearm muscles were also noted.

Kamal is registered at our clinic and needs a physical therapy program to improve his basic motor skills.

الطفل المذكور أعلاه، وهو ذكر يبلغ من العمر 7 أشهر، يُعاني من تأخر في تطور المهارات الحركية، وقد يكون ذلك بسبب تاريخ ولادة صعبة ونقص أكسجة الولادة. تم تقييم كمال جسديًا في 17.06.2025 في عيادتنا، وقد تبيّن وجود ضعف عام في عضلات الجسم، ضعف في الجانب الأيسر أكثر من الأيمن، ضعف في التحمل عند الوقوف على الجانب الأيسر، ضعف في التحكم الحركي في الجانب الأيمن. لا يستطيع التدحرج على بطنه (فقط يتدحرج على الجانبين)، ضعف في عضلات العمود الفقري، ضعف في التحكم في الجذع، ولا يستطيع الجلوس. كما لوحظ زيادة بسيطة في توتر العضلات في الجانب الأيمن وتيبّس في وتر العضلة الخلفية للفخذ اليمنى، وكذلك تيبّس في عضلات الساعد اليمنى.

تم تسجيل كمال في عيادتنا، وهو بحاجة إلى برنامج علاج طبيعي لتحسين تطور المهارات الحركية الأساسية.

L’enfant mentionné ci-dessus, un garçon de 7 mois, souffre d’un retard de développement moteur, probablement dû à une grossesse difficile et à une hypoxie congénitale. Kamal a été examiné physiquement à notre clinique le 17 juin 2025. Les résultats ont révélé une faiblesse musculaire généralisée, une faiblesse du côté gauche plus que du côté droit, une faible endurance en station debout du côté gauche et un faible contrôle moteur du côté droit. Il est incapable de se retourner sur le ventre (seulement sur le côté), présente une faiblesse des muscles spinaux, un faible contrôle du tronc et une incapacité à s’asseoir.

Une légère augmentation du tonus musculaire du côté droit, une raideur du tendon ischio-jambier droit et une raideur des muscles de l’avant-bras droit ont également été constatées.

Kamal est inscrit à notre clinique et a besoin d’un programme de kinésithérapie pour améliorer ses capacités motrices de base.

El niño mencionado, un niño de 7 meses, presenta retraso en el desarrollo motor, posiblemente debido a una historia de nacimiento difícil e hipoxia al nacer. Kamal fue evaluado físicamente en nuestra clínica el 17 de junio de 2025 y se detectó debilidad muscular generalizada, mayor debilidad en el lado izquierdo que en el derecho, poca resistencia al estar de pie sobre el lado izquierdo y un control motor deficiente en el lado derecho. No puede voltearse boca abajo (solo gira de lado), presenta debilidad en los músculos de la columna, un control del tronco deficiente y no puede sentarse. También se observó un ligero aumento del tono muscular en el lado derecho, rigidez en el tendón de la corva derecha y rigidez en los músculos del antebrazo derecho.

Kamal está registrado en nuestra clínica y necesita un programa de fisioterapia para mejorar sus habilidades motoras básicas.
