Help Nibal’s Family Escape Gaza

Hello, I am Emily. I am here to fundraise for my friend Nibal and her family, who are currently trapped in Gaza. This campaign will help them survive daily life and cover their many expenses.
Here is Nibal’s story:
“My name is Nibal Balush. I am 28 years old and I’ve been happily married for 10 years. My husband used to be able successfully provide for our family before the war. We had such a beautiful life before, but this was all taken from us after the October 7 attacks. I have three children; Yousef (9), Mirna (6), and Nisreen (3). My baby Nisreen is very ill, as she was found to have water in her stomach when she was just 18 months old. She had her first surgery for it which left her with a 10 centimeter scar. Thankfully, her stitches had healed and were removed. She was supposed to have a follow up surgery on October 31, 2023 that she was never able to have, which has been putting her health in jeopardy ever since. All we want is to collect enough money so we can travel elsewhere to give our daughter the care that she deserves. There is no medical infrastructure left in Gaza, and our child’s health is deteriorating.”
The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to help Nibal and her family buy food, water, medicine, and shelter. We hope that they will eventually be able to evacuate to get Nisreen the medical care she needs, but in the meantime, they need help surviving with this money.
