My name is Shadia, a 72-year-old elderly woman I am a widow living in a tent with no shelter or protection — no walls to shield me, no roof to block the sun or cold.

I suffer from cancer and diabetes , and I can’t afford medicine or even a piece of bread to support my weak body .

Every movement has become painful… I urgently need a wheelchair to help me move. I also need food, medicine, and clothing to survive.

Due to lack of nutrition and care, I suffer from severe low blood sugar , which causes constant dizziness and extreme weakness.

I have no income, no support… You are my only hope after God.
