The reality is we’ve all at some time seen unowned cats and kittens in our neighbourhood that live in colonies or in isolation and, despite all the efforts by councils to trap cats that are unowned and process them through the pound, none is more effective than the management a cat rescue group can provide to rehabilitate and support the health of street cats. A pound is not a forever home.
