I’m Andi and I live in the US. This campaign is created on behalf of Karam from Gaza. I am hopeful that you will find the empathy to donate to him rebuilding his life. Here is Karam’s story.

My name is Karam and I used to be a barber in Gaza.

I used to start my mornings with a comb, scissers, and a smile. May salon was small, but it held a big dream; to live with dignity and support my family.

I gave haircuts to children before school, chatted with people about everything– except sadness. I worked with my hands and my heart…because that job was my life.

But the war… it didn’t spare dreams or salons. In a moment, everything was gone– walls, chairs, memories. My family was martyered… and my shop turned to ashes.

Today, I have no income, no shelter, not even my tools. But I still have hope; to work again, to live with dignity again.

I am Karam. I was a barber. The war took everything– except my will. Please help me start again.
