Lana is a sweet, bright little girl from Gaza whose dreams and health have been deeply affected by the ongoing war. She urgently needs help to access medical care and escape the genocide threatening her life and future.

After her home was bombed and constant shelling left nothing but rubble and broken homes, Lana suffered serious damage to her ears. She now lives with a hearing impairment that requires urgent surgery and ongoing medication—neither of which are available to her under siege.

She is also suffering from malnutrition due to a severe lack of food, fruits, and vegetables. Like so many in Gaza, Lana is caught in a growing famine, and her health is rapidly declining.

Her older sister, Iena, is doing everything she can to help Lana escape when the border opens—so she can receive surgery, regain her strength, and continue her education.
