Story
Chris is the kind of person who shows up—for everyone. A devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, he’s always been the first to lend a hand, drop everything for someone in need, or bring a smile to your face just when you need it most. His niece and two nephews absolutely adore him, and they’re all hoping to see their fun, loving uncle back on his feet—playing, laughing, and making memories again.
Chris has already proven himself a fighter. He beat brain cancer once before—at just six years old. Now, as an adult, he’s facing brain cancer again. The tumors have drastically impacted his daily life. His left side is weakened, making walking and using his arm extremely difficult. His speech has been affected, and right now, he’s unable to work.
Chris just underwent surgery to remove part of the tumor on his cerebellum, and now he and his family are waiting for the pathology results to determine the next steps in his treatment. This period of uncertainty is challenging, emotionally, physically, and financially.
The funds raised will go directly toward Chris’s mounting medical bills, essential living expenses, and possible home modifications, if needed. As his sister, I will be managing the funds to ensure they are used for his care and recovery. Any support will make a meaningful difference for Chris and help relieve some of the burden during this difficult time while he focuses on healing.
If you know Chris, you know how much he means to those around him. If you don’t, just know you’re supporting someone who has always given everything he could to others. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.
Thank you for standing with us, for supporting Chris, and for being part of his fight. Cancer sucks—but with your help, Chris won’t face it alone.
