Support for our Colleague in Her Fight Against Cancer

Story

We are the Science Department at Worthington Kilbourne High School, and we are reaching out on behalf of our coworker, teacher, and friend, Chelsey Hundertpfund. Chelsey is not only a dedicated educator and mother of young children, but she is also courageously battling a rare form of cancer. Her diagnosis remains of unknown origin, presenting as a sarcoma-like cancer affecting the lymph nodes in her groin region.

Chelsey is pursuing both conventional and integrative cancer treatments, and she needs our help. Because of the rare nature of her condition, many essential genetic tests and therapies may not be covered by insurance. The financial burden of treatment, travel, and time away from work is significant. Your donation to this GoFundMe will directly support Chelsey and her family, helping them stay together through this challenging journey and providing Chelsey with the medical care she needs.

Chelsey continues to teach her students even while undergoing treatments, and her resilience is nothing short of remarkable. Her greatest wish is to be present as her children grow up, and every contribution brings her one step closer to that goal.
