Cancer Strikes Again
My big sister, Julia Gray, is once again gearing up for another battle with cancer. She is currently at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston going through all of the initial stages of meeting with specialists and getting a treatment plan together. She will likely undergo surgery fairly soon to remove the tumor and then start chemo and/or radiation.
Right now, we aren’t even sure her insurance will pay for her visit this week, so we would be grateful for prayers and positive energy sent Julie’s way as well as for her insurance to cover as much as possible. She’s still dealing with the financial burden of not only her last bout with cancer in 2013-14, but also her skull fractures/TBI resulting in the loss of her job in 2023. We’ve set up this GoFundMe for anyone that would like to chip in to help ease that burden a little, and we are so appreciative of each and every one of you whether you’re able to donate or not.
