Support Rodney Fitzgerald’s Memorial Service

My name is Erica Fitzgerald, and I’m writing this GoFundMe on behalf of my father-in-law, Rodney Fitzgerald, who passed away unexpectedly this morning, May 23, at the young age of 59. As in many cases, Rodney nor the family was prepared for this sudden, tremendous loss, and a life insurance policy was not in place. Now that he is at peace, we would love to give Rodney the memorial service he truly deserves.

Rodney has been my father-in-law for 17 years. In those 17 years, I have come to be very fond of the generous, kind hearted man that he was. Rodney did not know a stranger, he made small talk anywhere he went. He never judged, was very humble, and lived his life hoping to leave this world better than he left it. When I tell you this man would give the shirt off of his back to someone in need, I genuinely mean that. He would have gone to the ends of this Earth for his wife Sandy, his kids Tina, Bub, and Brad, and his grandchildren.
